We near the end of yet another journey with the puppies. We are currently down to two, Jr. and Red, who seem to feel a little lonely. I have often wondered what the Pup’s think as one by one their brothers and sisters leave to join their new families. I know Tia and the other moms are never happy about it. This time, both Tia and Peanut are treasuring the last few moments with their babies.
They have been pretty feisty, but a little reserved also. It’s almost as if they know something is up. Blinda talks and plays them all the time. It’s fun to watch their reactions as Blinda
starts to call out to them. They know how to keep us entertained. The little growls, and tiny barks are just too much some times. I have a hard time keeping from laughing.
Fuzz Butt was the
first to leave for his fur-ever home. He went home with the nicest lady, who just wanted someone for companionship. I’m sure Fuzzy will be spoiled rotten in no time, of course Blinda gave him a head start on that.
Then little Wrinkles, He is such a sweet and loving little boy. His face, with the wrinkles around his eyes, just so cute. He found a good home with an elderly gentleman who I’m sure will love the boy well.
Then Sunday, Monty left to join his older, half brother, Papi. We already know how spoiled Papi is, so I’m sure Monty will be very well loved. We also got to see one of Babe and Gizmo’s Pups. Bebo, who belongs to the daughter of Papi and Monty’s parents.
So now it’s just the two, Little Red and Jr. Both have unique personalities, and are always full of energy. They are some very loving puppies. I think
Little Red will have Tia’s personality, he even barks like her. Jr. definitely will follow in Peanuts footsteps. I hope he stays a solid white, so far he has not darkened at all.

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. I love your chihuahuas, I had 3 of them when I was growing up. Now I have two big mutts.
Oh, I can just imagine how all this must feel to you and Blinda. But you know you have found them great homes! and that's what is important. I also would like to add a big thank you for posting their story, from the day you started with "Oh my God, here comes another one, and another! LOL!!!" It has been a real fun and much needed journey for me. I had fun. Thanks
Allison
Oh my gosh, they are so adorable. I can't wait until we own our own house so we we can add more chis to our family :)
Hey Lori, Thanks for stopping by. I love your paintings. They take me away in thought. You should get yourself another Chihuahua, theres nothing quite like them.
Ahh, Moon Writer, it's been a fun journey, and one that I do so love. It's fun to post about the births, and the process as we move along. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Hi Sarcasta Mom, Ohh I bet you'll spoil it rotten when you get one. Good luck on the house hunting.
The shot of Fuzz Butt sleeping in your hand is just so adorable. It must be strange for Jr and Red...but at least they are going to good homes :)
I'd love to have a pet, but it's not fair when I'm touring all the time. I've seen pets that live on tour and most of them become rather neurotic and tense, as they never have time to establish a home territory.
Still...when I retire :)

Hi Henry, I can understand your reluctance. I agree, it simply would be fair to the pet. I spend too much time away from home far too often. I think the dogs miss me when I'm gone, but they always have Blinda.
I recently got a little chihuahua, Lilly. I've had so much fun with her, and I'm glad to see there are so many other chihuahua lovers out there. I'd appreciate it if you would check out Lilly's squidoo page and tell me what you think.

Both Jr. and Red are so cute. I'm sure they will find good homes very soon. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is to let them each go. I know I just don't have the heart for it. It nearly tears me apart just to leave my little ones to go to work!
Adorable! My sister got a golden doodle puppy in April 2009 and now it has alrady grown to over 50 pounds! It grows with love.
I would love another chihuahua but with my two big monsters it wouldn't be safe. I have a catahoula mix and a shepherd mix, the head of the catahoula is the size of a chihuahua. They are gentle but big doofuses, they are always knocking things over and stepping on my toes. I have lots of fun with them.
Thanks for the nice comments on my paintings!
oh my! we are all so cute.. aren't we?
Hi Dawnycc, Loved Lilly's Squido, left your some comment there. The net is full of Chi lovers, how could it not be.
Tiffany, I know what you mean. It is hard to leave them alone even for a short time. Their such loving dogs. Jr. and Red are still doing great, they'll find their furever homes soon.
Hi Liara, wow thats a lot of love to grow on.
Hi Lori, yep the CHi's would have fun with them though. You would be surprised how well they stand their own with the big dogs. It's like they have a sixth sense that lets them know when to move out of the way. Your artwork is wonderful.
Hi BooBoo, Love your page. Any new girlfriends yet, LOL.
Hi.. my mom would love to get me live peanut and teco but my dad said it's too much to have another dog in the house, however, I like red..she? he? if she-- I love the white color in between his/her eyes. Figured he's male because of the name red.hhmm.... I live inn Philippines-- can red come and visit me for a night? lolz
OMG!!! I grew up w/ Chihuahua's and I am IN LOVE w/ yours!!!!! Especially JR.!!!!!:)
We may have to stay in contact w/ each other and who knows.............
Thanks, Pegi
HI Pegi Sue, LOL, I always post when we get a new litter, so just grab yourself a feed subscription, reader or email, and you'll never be left out.
We still have Jr. ans Red, they are 10 weeks old now, and so much fun. They're playing with the big dogs every once in awhile, and it's lots of fun to watch. I've got some new videos and pictures, I'll try to get posted soon.
I think Red should come live with me. I ust know it would totally cheer me up. Sigh.
It has to be hard to see the little ones leave, but no one gets a chihauhau just for the heck of it. I see many getting walked around the block in my neighborhood and the people just love them. Once a fan, they never go back!
Yeah you can definitely tell that Little Red is Tia's kid, he's got that diva attitude that Tia has.
They look so much like babies that how could anyone not find them cute. Lovely!
