The neat part about this litter, is they will be ready to go to new homes the week before Christmas. To let people know that we have these Christmas Babies, we put an add in the paper letting everyone know we would take deposits to hold the kids for Christmas. That way people can choose their babies, and not worry about losing them to someone else.
Five of them have been claimed by happy new parents. I will list those in a little bit. Because we are referring people to this site to see them, I’m going to list the ones still available first.
This black and tan little boy, is the largest of the group, weighing 1 pound 15 ounces. He is a little reserved, but very loving when held.
This little boy, is the first to come running up to us anytime we go near the kennel. He wants only to be held and loved on. He is one of my favorites.
Now The four that have already been claimed. Some have names already, and we have been using their names. It helps for them to get to know their names that way. They are all very happy, healthy, and full of love. The new parents will be very lucky with these sweet little ones.
Right there in front, looking at the camera, is Papi, he has had a home since the second week after birth. The new parents are waiting on pins and needles to get him home. They have already picked up a bunch of toys and goodies for him. Papi has to be the most loving, second only to the little black and tan boy. He is also the smallest of the litter weighing 1 pound 8 ounces.
This little girl was the first born, and her new name is Izzy. She is the second most adventurous of the litter, and a very loving puppy. She was one of my favorites too. I just love the white flash on her forehead.
This sweet little girl is going to a new home also. We don’t know what her name will be, but she is going to be a very loving dog. Perhaps the new owner can use our list of names to help them choose. She is the second one to come running up to the kennel when we walk by. She is pretty adventurous, and quite the little active girl.
Little Red is now Tiny Girl. She has the most outgoing personality, and I don’t think she knows an enemy. Another very loving girl who just wants to be held and loved on. She has an inquisitive nature, and is pretty curious about everything. She shows almost no fear, and will try most things at least once.
The little black and tan girl, she has the cutest little white tip on her tail. She is also one of the more inquisitive ones and very loving. I just got off the phone with someone who is driving out here right now to leave a deposit for her. So I'll post a name if we get one just as soon as possible.
For all the new parents, please feel free to leave a comment, by clicking the comment icon at the top of this post. I would love to hear from you, especially if you have chosen a new name for your babies. They will be getting their second set of shots next week, and be ready to go by the 18 th.
I’ll leave you with a picture of them all sleeping soundly.

Eric,
I sang "Good Morning Heartache" to my beautiful "Whiskey Boy", on one of my blog posts. I think you would enjoy watching my video post (not for the singing, but for "Whiskey") He has star quality. http://chrisbolmeier.com/good-morning-heartache
Eric,
I would like to invite you to join my "art star" page. It isn't just for artists, but for any one that has an interesting blog. And I would love you have you as an art star. Thank you for your consideration.

Oh Eric, I am so relieved that there are only little boys left. I was beginning to think I would have to drive the 900something miles to your house and get me a fifth dog.....
They are all so adorable. Congrats to all the new parents!
The puppies are just so cute! I love the chi babies. Who wouldn't want one under their Christmas tree?
We are so excited about our puppy and we can't wait to bring her home! Thank you for such a great site, we love looking at the pictures and reading the updates. It really helps us to feel closer to "Sunny"! Yes, we finally decided on a name! Our oldest daughter, Lilly, said on the way home from your house on Saturday, as the sun was setting, "Hey she kind of looks like a pretty sunset, we should name her Sunset and we could call her Sunny!" We liked that right away. Our younger daughter, Rylie likes Chloe, from the Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie, so her official name is Sunset Chloe and we are going to call her Sunny. Our son, Colton (age 14, he wasn't able to come with us Saturday) said he was just glad that he didn't have to have a dog named Chloe, its "not cool". He also told the girls, "If we want to have a really sweet dog, we need to give her lots of love and attention." I thought that was so sweet. She will definitely get LOTS of love and attention from the 5 of us. We are so excited! Thank you so much!!
@ Chris, Your video is very cute, and your a pretty good singer too. Thanks for the invitation, I'll go fill out the form. Whiskeyboy is adorable, and I got a kick out of your little balloon of his thoughts during the video.
@ Vixen, well, sorry but the lady could not make it out, so the little black and tan girl is still available. Make sure you fill up the gas tank, and get ready for a road trip, LOL.
@ Sarcasta-Mom, I agree, what a perfect Christmas present. They are adorable, and a lot of fun too. Their antics are keeping us laughing.
@ Marrissa, I' am so glad to hear from. Sunny is a perfect name, and I don't see anything wrong with Chloe either, Sorry Colton. Lilly had a pretty good inspiration with that name selection, I like the comparison. You can tell Rylie that we loved the Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie also, Chloe and Papi were great characters. She has been playing pretty hard tonight, and is full of energy. I'll be posting an update with a few pictures a little later tonight. Colton sound like a very intelligent young man. You will have a wonderful time loving on Sunny, and I'm quite sure she'll return the love three fold.
